- Returns Policy (Agriculture, Renewable Energy, and Water Products)
At Hazile Group, customer satisfaction is a priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Agriculture Products (Fresh & Dried Herbs): Products must be returned in their original container with no more than 25% of the contents used. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
- Renewable Energy Products: All renewable energy products, including solar panels, inverters, and batteries, must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and manuals. The product must be undamaged and in the same condition as received. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
- Water Management Products: For water products such as filtration systems or water tanks, returns are accepted within 30 days, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging and unused.
