3.1. All prices listed on our website are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT, unless otherwise indicated. 3.2. Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed. 3.3. We accept payments through secure payment gateways (payfast, paypal, EFT, etc.). By placing an order, you agree that the billing information provided is valid and that you have permission to use the selected payment method and use your details for billing purposes as per the POPI Act.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Delivery of products is available within specified regions, and shipping fees will be calculated at checkout based on your location.
4.2. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Hazile Group is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

7.1. Agricultural products: Our dried herbs and non-perishable condiments should be used by the best-before date indicated on the packaging. Hazile Group is not liable for improper storage or use of products.
7.2. Renewable energy and water products: Products should be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's guidelines. Hazile Group is not responsible for improper installation or use.
8. Warranty
8.1. Agricultural products: Due to the perishable nature of the agro-processed products, Hazile Group does not offer warranties on them.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Hazile Group is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, or any delays in the delivery of goods, except as provided by law.
9.2. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

10.1. These Terms of Purchase are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled in the appropriate South African courts.
